Part of last weekend was dedicated to spending time in Sac to speak and hang out with Kaye, Rich and our godkid, Jack. Some visuals I’d like to share.

The Godkid, Jack, mean-muggin the camera. Kaye left me with the kid and we just had a blast under the Sacramento sun. Cute ass little kid. I keep remembering how he would pop up out of nowhere when his mom was feeding him and how he popped up from outta nowhere after he woke up from a nap. The expression on his face, very much like the one below, is awesome. He’s boss.
I took a half day on Friday to drive and hang out with familiar faces in Sac. On Saturday when I came back to the studio to drop off my stuff, Kate and I were welcomed with, well, 11×14″ framed images of me, taken off my myspace. These are pics of me in my aloha getup from my cousin’s aloha-themed 30th birthday. Sexy, I know.
On Sunday, while Kate was at her makeup appointment, I decided to bike from the Fillmore to the Marina and back up and do some shopping on Union Street. I killed that hill. But it killed me first. That 45-degree slope ain’t a joke.
The real engagement photo session in this coming Saturday. But I gotta have a photo of the future Misses’ new do, next to a sweaty, sun-beaten Jeff. This is us waiting at our bus stop, a preview of our engagement shoot.
