don’t you just hate that materialistic need for Apple products!? (I sure
do…I hate it for Adobe too- that rhymes.) Designer demands.

Couldn’t have said it better. Adobe…well, that’s what piracy is for. Haha.
Umm. Not that I know. Umm. I paid for mine. (I’m saying that just in case
they’re watching me). But Apple needs to stop making me cry. The PC is like
using a troubled bridge to get to work everyday.

I never felt like a spoiled crybaby went it came to wanting a material object so bad but this is different, this is an Apple Powerbook. I spent the whole day with Jun after I exchanged my iPod. The u2 ipod is so slick. Jun and I cannot get enough of Rite Aid ice cream. $1.49 for 2 fat ass scoops of great flavors. Baskin Robbins sucks. It has nothing on Rite Aid. Kate! Kate! Kate! You’re almost home! One more day to keep occupied without the Kate. For once….just cuz I haven’t seen her in a long time, I will…yes… I will hold her hand in public. I will eve give her a few kisses on the cheeks. That is how we will celebrate our reunion. Yep…that’s the mushy side of me–holding hands in public.

Be proud. After reading 550+ pages in December, I am still at it. I am still reading. And I’m choosing to! If you need me, I’ll be in the bathtub toasting bread.

Other than Will & Jada and Brad & Jen, I don’t care for celebrity marriages. The phrase “Celebrity Marriage” seems fickle itself. Anyhow… Brad and Jen… wow… splitting up. That’s huge. I have lost 50% of my faith in celebrity marriages.

Today at church, there was a sign posted with a cell phone being crossed out.
We interpret that as No Cell Phones but we, instead, put our cell phones on
Silent…so you’d think. Today, 7 rings went off during mass. The last three
were from the same cell.

Our Father, who art (stupid paul corrected this one, like i know..haha) aren’t in heaven *ring*, hallowed be thy *ring*…
    *ring*
    *ring*
Amen.   *ring*

This week is going to be great. I will turn off my grumpy mode. My emotions
are back. I am adjusted. My body only demands 4 hours of sleep (let’s hear me
say that when school starts and it begins demanding 8 again). I’m going to meet
up with the Sac homies in Frisco, and Kate returns.

Kate is the spice in my sauce. She is the worm in my tequila. She is the extra
toy I find in my Cracker Jack box. She is my a buy 1 get 1 free deal of Dreyer’s
Ice Cream. She’s pretty cool.

Thursday and Friday were all about doing things on a whim, guitar center and
oral surgery. I took Kyle and his friend to guitar center simply because my mom
tossed me my junk mail and one happened to be a guitar center ad for january. I
said, "You guys wanna go to guitar center so Kyle can buy a guitar?"

They were more than down.  Kyle bought a Candy Apple Red Fender Strat
Squier Affinity. Him and Jonathan had there first jam session yesterday; it was
cute. Kyle is a fast learner; he pretty much started to play last week and he
almost has Everlong acoustic down–even to the rhythm. Lucky band kids..Kyle is
a one man band. Clarinet, Trumpet and Guitar. A lot like Kate’s sister, Carole.
Sax, quads, guitar and drums.

my tooth

I opened the link for all four sections of the pics.

Today, I received a call from the dentist at 9:50am asking if I were available at at 11am for my upper wisdom teeth extraction. I agreed. They began the extraction at 11. It ended at 4. Two doctors worked on the extraction at the dental office before they escorted me from Union City to Mowry in Fremont to an oral surgeon. 5 hours of work, 2 wisdom teeth. Things never go easy for me when it comes to simple procedures. How long did it take to remove yours? Three minutes?

I know I know, I really need to design an interface for my portfolio. Hell, I
need to design a new layout. Anyways, here’s a link to my photography and design
portfolio. My design portfolio is just an index. My design portfolio marks from
Fall 2001 to present. I know..it’s hard.. I didn’t type out the objective for
each of them but the last 3 are stupid because the tacky requirments that were
assigned to the Photoshop project.

PHILIPPINES 2004

>>>
12/2004 – Pt.01
[21 images]

This album marks our arrival in the Philippines. We hung out with family,
caught up. During spare time I read Angels & Demons, Kyle played
Gameboy, Dad played with his cell phone that my Auntie handed down to him. A
very nice cell phone, might I add.

We took a trip to Boracay. I didn’t spend too much time taking pictures as
I anticipated but I got a load of mediocre shots. That applies to the whole
trip. My cameras cause too much attention, in addition to being A Merry Can
boy.

This album is just recouping from our 4-day Boracay trip and chillin at
home.

This album is the Tanhuecos celebrating Christmas eve and day at the
Fontana resort @ Clark Base, Pampanga. It also wraps up the trip with the
images I decided to post of my visit to Kate’s province in Angono, where I met
up with Kate and Jun. My parents met up with us 3 days later, the day of the
wedding. You can imagine the madness of us three being together…in
Philippines. We tipped over tricycles, boosted jeepneys, and sold pirated VCDs.
Yes…we are insane. We are Pinoy Thugs!

O yeah, there’s some wedding pics in here too. Sadly, I left Angono during the
reception. Until this day, I await to reunite with Kate. haha. Yeah…she’s
still in Philippines. When she arrives, we’re going to get married so I can
get her a citizenship. Haha.

I am bored to death. Boredom is worst than cigarettes, worst than substance abuse, worst than sniffing sharpies. It’s BOREDOM for crying out loud. Parents @ work. Kyle @ school. Kate in Philippines. Jun gots females. Paul’s got work. Jay’s got work, Kaye lives in Tracy. Rich is in the middle east. I have no other friends here. I miss school.

My family is funny. They read my blog–even some cousins. Hi Ate Leah.

However, sleep deprevation is not fun. My dad called me at 20 minutes ago, and jokingly asked if I was asleep. I was so annoyed. I finally slept…at 7am. So when he called, poked fun at me and said I should wake up while laughing…you can imagine my state of grumpiness. But my dad was just being smart. He’s cool. He gave me life and then some.
