Dear Mom,
Your son spent 13 straight hours on homework. No lie. I’m a good boy. A very broke boy, but a good boy. Told ya it was a good idea to drive Sat. night. =)
[my mama and i have been jampacked with work but the rewards are well worth it. and yes, chances are my mama will read this.]
Love,
Jeffrey
Ps. Mom, please send me to CCA. Haha.

So ummm..haha I’ve unposted the Audio Files of my part of the website…cuz I was reviewing them and OMG!!! How horrible was that. Jay is much better than that. My voice…well…eugh. Paul’s drumming…he’s so much better than that. That shit was long time ago anyways…we grew apart but we grew better. So ummm..one day..when we have time…for us, for you, for the children of South Africa, we will post some new material whenever we can…when I say new material, I mean refined Incubus cover songs, maybe some Interpol, Mars Volta…wtf knows..and some of Jay’s own creations.

Instant election thoughts.
The turnout of the election is like a very rare steak. Dark on the outside and red on the inside. It may sound appetizing to have some red in the steak (or in this case a lot) but when you take a bite into it, you die from mad cow disease. Vote or die…no way. VOTE AND DIE. Long live Russia.

I think my Sac State friends are beginning to think I am crazy. Slow down Jeffrey. Too much in too little time. My drawing class friends…we take 30-50 minute breaks and walk to the union and make fun of people. It’s the only time Kate and I even go to the Union (jaja <-- laughing in Spanish). We take the elevator down from the 2nd floor (on a two floor building) and I just go wild. I try to make the elevator break by jumping and slamming myself up against the wall (note that the elevator has about 5-8 people in it).
Today, for instance, I was flipping forward off the benches @ Kadema hall. Maile was walking past us and saw we were up to craziness. She let me borrow her longboard (a long skateboard) and I was skating on it, bellydown, laying on it, weaving through obstacles and people, going through/underneath their legs.
During my 2-hr breaks between class on Tuesday and Thursdays, I hang out with a few other friends and we just have the stupidest conversations. They’re like real friends. Not the, “O! Billy! Hey partner! Hyuck hyuck! So what is going on with you brother? Hyuck hyuck.”
And then, sometimes, yes, sometimes, the blackness in me comes out (no..not from my pants you pervs) but just the bay area blackness, the Dave Chappelle blackness. I may listen to nothing but rock but I still know these little hip hop ballads. You know…like 1-2 steppin. Slangin words for people to catch on, gnaw mean. See…there I go again.
Sometimes, I’m ghettoer than my friend Rob; he’s a brotha. All-in-all, I have a diverse group of friends at school. Seriously. There is this rocked out chick, Sara, this nice thugged out guy named Rob and this goofy and hella nice white chick from San Diego named Jasmine.
Although school may seem like a circus when I’m performing these stupid little antics, I’ve never been more serious on my life–relationships, school, life…the whole 9. All I do when I’m not at school is homework, incubate, projects and read. I’m still lame, just with friends outside the circle.
